We are pleased to announce the publication of a new NSSP Working Paper entitled: Strategies for Restructuring the Agricultural Research Council of Nigeria: Process, Opportunities, and Lessons. The paper is co-authored by Suresh C. Babu, a Senior Research Fellow and Head of Capacity Strengthening at the International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI) and E.O. Oyedipe, O. Ajakaiye, and K. Ajoni, independent consultants working with the Agricultural Research Council of Nigeria (ARCN), Abuja.
The paper, which is number 41 in the Nigeria Strategy Support Program (NSSP) Working Paper series, focuses on developing specific strategies for reforming the Agricultural Research Council of Nigeria (ARCN) to achieve greater efficiency, effectiveness, impact, and sustainability through its constituent institutions.
