The International Food Policy Research Institute’s Nigeria Strategy Support Program (IFPRI-NSSP) is pleased to announce the publication of a new NSSP Working Paper No. 37 and its accompanying NSSP Policy Note No. 38, titled Institutions and public agricultural investments: A qualitative study of state and local government spending in Nigeria. The Working Paper and Policy Note were authored by Tewodaj Mogues and Tolulope Olofinbiyi.
