The International Food Policy Research Institute’s Nigeria Strategy Support Program (IFPRI-NSSP) is pleased to announce the publication of a new NSSP Working Paper No. 36 and its accompanying NSSP Policy Note No. 37, entitled Who influences government spending in agriculture? The roles of public actors in subnational funding allocation in Nigeria. The Working Paper and Policy Note were authored by Tolulope Olofinbiyi and Tewodaj Mogues.
