A conference on the Economics of Adaptation to Climate Change in Low-Income Countries will take place on May 18-19 in Washington, DC. The conference will be hosted by George Washington University in partnership with the World Bank’s Development Research Group and UNDP’s Environment and Energy Group (Global Environmental Finance Team). The conference will focus on autonomous adaptation, policy-making given “deep uncertainty,” and case studies of adaptation in low-income countries.
